What is included in a setting-out service?

The exact scope is agreed for each project. It may include checking control, calculating coordinates and levels, marking points or offsets, setting out foundations, drainage, kerbs or structures, and issuing a clear setting-out record.

What is the difference between a topographical survey and an as-built survey?

A topographical survey records existing land, levels and visible features, usually for design or planning. An as-built survey measures completed construction so its position, level and geometry can be checked against the design or recorded for handover.

Can you work outside Lincolnshire?
