How to maintain the concrete pour and cube register

  1. Create the pour before placement. Record the element, location, approved mix, planned quantity and inspection references.
  2. Complete delivery and site-test data. Reconcile tickets and record volume, slump, temperature, weather, delays and rejected loads.
  3. Identify every specimen. Link the cube or cylinder ID to the correct pour, cast date, target age and laboratory.
  4. Monitor due dates. The dashboard identifies pending and overdue tests. Confirm collection, curing and laboratory booking before deadlines.
  5. Review strength results competently. Investigate low results, sampling errors and trends in accordance with the specification; raise NCRs where required.
  6. Close the handover pack. Retain pour cards, tickets, certificates, inspection records, as-built surveys and resolved concessions.
How are required strengths calculated?

Seven-day tests use the selected indicative percentage of the project fck unless a row-specific requirement is entered. Tests of 28 days or more default to 100% of fck.

What does OVERDUE mean?

No result has been entered and the calculated or imported due date is earlier than today. Confirm the laboratory status rather than assuming the test was not completed.

Does PASS automatically accept the concrete?

No. Acceptance may depend on groups of results, statistical criteria, specimen validity, curing, conformity procedures, age corrections and project-specific requirements.

Is project data uploaded?

No. The register is stored locally in the browser. Export controlled CSV and PDF copies for the formal project record.
