Level Conversion — Site-Survey Tools

Global ↔ Local

How to Use This Tool

Purpose: Convert elevation levels between Global and Local coordinate systems using one or two calibration pairs. Perfect for site surveys where you need to transform between different elevation references.

How it works:

  1. Enter one or two calibration pairs (Global + Local levels)
  2. Choose your conversion direction (Global → Local or Local → Global)
  3. Add the elevation values you want to convert
  4. Click "Convert Levels" to see results
  5. Export your results to clipboard or CSV file

Note: With one pair, scale = 1.0 (offset only). With two pairs, both scale and offset are calculated automatically using the formula: local = offset + scale × global
